They answered the phone immediately. They said they would be there within an hour and they were. The driver was extremely nice and friendly and professional. Payment was easy. Definitely would call them again.
The man who was sent out to pick up my car is definitely top of my list. He was very cautious and careful with my car from beginning to end explaining everything and reassuring me that my car was in good hands and it was! 5 stars definitely but really he deserves more!
My car died as I was preparing to head back to Tulsa from Wichita. I contacted Arrow Towing and they took such good care of me and my car. Cody was very prompt, he took great care of my car when loading it onto his truck, and he even dropped me off at my hotel. He went so far as to call me the next day to let me know he had taken my car to the dealership. I can't sing their praises enough. I highly recommend them and will be keeping their number in my phone just in case of any future issues!
